Shipping Policy

 Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

1. Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

 

2. Shipping rates & estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our regular shipping rates are USD 2.91 for standard shipping and 7.43 for priority shipping.

 

3. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

 

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes 

Buyers are responsible for any/all duties, taxes and custom charges that may be incurred in their countries. 

When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Unfortunately, To My Daughter cannot be held responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. To avoid any inconvenience, we strongly recommend the buyers to learn the tax regulation of the destination country before purchasing from us.

 

5. Damages 

To My Daughter is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please first file a claim with the shipping career and save all packaging materials and damaged goods. If the shipping carrier refuses to refund your money, please contact us and we will find a solution together.
