Return & Refund Policy
To My Daughter 60 Day Return & Refund Policy
We are delighted to provide a generous 60 day returns policy which is limited to the following situations
- The jewellery was defective/broken on arrival
- Jewellery has tarnished*
- Jewellery breaks*
* All returned are inspected and if it’s deemed the jewellery has been subject to excessive wear and tear then we withhold the right to refuse the refund. Please see Care Guide to learn how to love our jewellery correctly.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition they were received in (including original packaging). If the item was received defective or broken, photographic evidence is required to be sent as soon as possible (7 days maximum).
As stated during the checkout process, all sales are final. That means, items cannot be exchanged or returned because a customer changed their mind. Returns can only be accepted if an item was received damaged, in bad condition, doesn't comply with the description on the website or if customers receive a different item than they ordered.
Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.
To complete a return, please reach out to us at email@example.com to be provided with return Instructions.
Please do not send returns to the original sender address.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once returned items are received and inspected, an email will be sent out to notify that we have received the returned item and if a refund will be granted.
If returned items meet the requirements (as above), a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on the payment method, refunds processed will arrive within 1-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please first allow for the processing time (1-10 business days). If a refund still isn’t received, first contact your credit card company to check for pending deposits. Following this, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Exchanges (if applicable)
If an extended warranty wasn't added during time of purchase, items will only be replaced free of charge if they arrive defective or damaged. A picture of the damaged item immediately and sent to us at email@example.com.
Products that were damaged by the customer can't be exchanged.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly a gift credit for the value of your return will be received. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed.
Shipping fees for returns are covered by us if the item was received defective or damaged (under our 60 day policy or extended warranty). In all other cases customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is received, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. If Items being shipping are valued over $75, we strongly suggest considering using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Customs Duties & Taxes
We cover Taxes & Import Duties if you are sending back a product or exchanging an item only if it was received damaged. In all other cases, customers are responsible for any Duties & Import Taxes that may apply.
